We conducted an extensive analysis of 31 official sources to assess the relevance of various indicators to drug sales on the darknet market Hydra in all 85 regions of Russia. The list of the offered on-the-market drug data was gathered from the “darknet market” Hydra, along with the volume delivered and region of the offer. By analyzing the scale and nature of drug availability, the frequency of offers, and the regional distribution of illegal drug activities on a Hydra market, we aim to link these findings with official indicators of illicit drug use disorders.
